Transport for wales to over the West \ south  wales franchise from  Arriva Trains Wales  late 2018 Transport for wales operates a mix of long distance, regional and local rural services in Wales, including the Valley Lines network of services around Cardiff, and also in the English border counties and to Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.

Their charter states that you claim a refund from any  ticket office if you show them your delayed ticket your ticket

You can still make a claim even if you do not have a form

You will need to provide the following information with your claim:

  1. The date of your journey
  2. The time your train was due to depart
  3. The stations you were travelling from and to
  4. How long the delay was
  5. You will need to provide your ticket for the delayed journey. If you no longer have your ticket we may accept other proof of travel such as your booking confirmation.
