Train Operating Company – C2C Rail
c2cis a British train operating company owned by National Express Group. It has operated the London, Tilbury & Southend passenger franchise since May 1996.
c2c Rail Delay Refund Information
If you have been delayed on your journey with C2c you may be entitled to compensation. C2c Delay Repay scheme provides compensation for ticket holders who have been delayed for more than 30 minutes, with additional levels at 60 and 120 minutes. Claims for delays can be made within 28 days of the delay.
To claim, please fully complete the form below and upload a copy of your ticket. If you were travelling on Oyster PAYG you will need to provide a copy of your usage statement showing your journey. c2c Smartcard users should provide the last 8 digits of the card number when requested.
When you submit your claim you will receive an email to the address you have provided. If you have not received this within 10 minutes of making your claim then please check your spam folders. If there is no email there then please resubmit your details. The email is your proof of a claim having been made.

if you travel using your c2c Smartcard, and you get delayed by more than 2 minutes, you will now be entitled to Automatic Delay Repay
